Returns / Exchanges

All Puzzle Ring Emporium rings carry a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your new ring, you have two choices:

  1. You may exchange your ring for another one—a different size or a different design altogether—and receive full credit from your original purchase. We’ll even pay for the shipping of your replacement ring to you; all you pay is to ship the original ring back to us. Or...

  2. You can return the ring for a full refund. Simply return it to us and we will gladly refund 100% of the purchase price. (Sorry, return shipping is non-refundable.) Please read all of the details below prior to returning an item for either replacement or refund.

EXCHANGES:

    • Rings must be returned to us for exchange within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
    • Resizing a puzzle ring is much more difficult than with regular rings because of the multiple, individual bands, so please be sure of your ring size before ordering. However, in the event a ring simply does not fit, we will allow one size exchange per order at no charge. You only pay for return shipping and insurance. Additional resizing requests carry a $25 surcharge.
    • Rings exchanged for a new size can no longer be returned for a refund.
    • For orders shipped outside the U.S., customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges both directions.
    • Please note if you are returning an item from outside of the U.S. there will be an additional charge of $28 if you return via UPS. This is the brokerage fee UPS charges us to accept the package back into the U.S. We recommend Postal Air Services Insured. We cannot be held responsible for lost items, so please do insure your shipment.
    • Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you. All our rings are brand new and never worn. If the ring is damaged, worn, scratched, bent or otherwise not in the condition as it was sent to you it will not be accepted.
    • To request an exchange simply email us at returns@puzzleringemporium.com with the details of your request. Please include a copy of the original email confirmation you received from us when you ordered your ring. We will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) at which point you may return the ring. DO NOT SEND BACK A RING WITHOUT AN RMA# OR IT WILL BE REJECTED AND RETURNED TO YOU.

REFUNDS:

    • Rings must be returned to us for refund within 30 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
    • We will process your refund upon receipt and inspection of the returned ring – please allow 7 to 10 days to see credit issued to your credit card.
    • Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you. All our rings are brand new and never worn. If the ring is damaged, worn, scratched, bent or otherwise not in the condition as it was sent to you it will not be accepted. This includes repairs or sizing done by other jewelers.
    • Please note we can only credit the credit card used when the purchase was made. No checks or cash will be sent for the return of an item for refund.
    • We cannot accept merchandise returns on custom/special orders. Custom/special orders are unique items that are not typically found on our site, and a customer always consults with us regarding such an order and knows beforehand if his or her order is a custom order.
    • To request a refund simply email us at returns@puzzleringemporium.com with the details of your request. Please include a copy of the original email confirmation you received from us when you ordered your ring.
