Is one of the bands on your puzzle ring broken or bent? Or maybe you just can't get it back together. No problem, ship it to us and we'll repair, polish, reassemble and ship it back to you for one low fee*. The cost of shipping the ring back to you (if in the United States) is included in the price. (Return shipping insurance is not included. If you would like to insure the shipment back to you, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will adjust the price accordingly.)

After you place your order, we will contact you with shipping instructions.

*Fee includes repair of one sterling silver band. For more significant damage, or to repair a gold or platinum ring, please contact us before ordering. In the unlikely event we are unable to repair your ring, we will ship your ring back to you and refund $19.00 of the fee. (The $10.00 we keep basically just covers the shipping back to you.)
